注意 / Note：Meaning ② is very common with emotional verbs: 感動させずにはおかない（definitely makes people feel touched）. Strong writing.

比較 / Compare：〜ずにはおかない is often used with verbs that cause emotions: 感動させる・驚かせる・考えさせる.

よく出る形 / Common form：動ない形＋ではおかない／ずにはおかない.

This movie will definitely move viewers.
