接続：動ない形 ＋ ではいられない／ずにはいられない ※する→せずには
It's impossible not to…. The urge to couldn't be contained, had to do.
注意 / Note：These are your own spontaneous emotions, not used for third parties (unless accompanied by 〜ようだ).
比較 / Compare：〜ずにはいられない（our emotions urges）／〜ずにはおかない（events inevitably have an impact on people other）／〜ずにはすまない（common sense must do）— three patterns that are easy to confuse.
よく出る形 / Common form：動ない形＋ではいられない／ずにはいられない。する→せずには.
あの映画を見ると、泣かずにはいられない。
Every time I watch that movie, I can't help but cry.
彼の努力には感心しないではいられない。
At his efforts, I couldn't help but admire him.
