Explain, ask for help, advise — んです, ていただけませんか, たらどうですか
接続：ふつう形 ＋ んです（な形・N は 〜なんです）
It's because…, the thing is… — explain the reason, context, or ask the reason. Make soft and sharing sentences.
注意 / Note：な形容詞 and nouns must add な: 静かなんです, 病気なんです. Writing uses のです, conversation uses んです.
比較 / Compare：どうして休みましたか（asked dryly）／どうして休んだんですか（concerned, wanted to know the reason）.
よく出る形 / Common form：どうして〜んですか。／〜んです。／〜んですが、〜（asking for help）.
