Explain, ask for help, advise — んです, ていただけませんか, たらどうですか
接続：Vて形 ＋ くださいませんか
Can you please…? — polite form of 〜てください, using honorific くださる in the negative interrogative form.
注意 / Note：The point of view is placed on the doer (he does it for me). And ていただけませんか is placed in recipient (I received it).
よく出る形 / Common form：すみませんが、Vてくださいませんか。
すみませんが、窓を開けてくださいませんか。
Excuse me, could you please open the window?
ちょっと待ってくださいませんか。
Can you wait a moment?
名前をここに書いてくださいませんか。
Can you help me write your name here?
