Speculation & certainty — はず, よう, らしい, そう, かもしれない
接続：ふつう形（な形は〜な、Nは〜の） ＋ はずがない
Impossible… — strong negative based on reason: 'there is no reason for it to be so'.
注意 / Note：Different from 〜ないはずだ（shouldn't be…）. はずがない is much stronger, almost completely refuted.
比較 / Compare：来ないはずだ（probably won't come）／来るはずがない（no way will come）.
よく出る形 / Common form：あんなに〜のに、〜はずがない。
あんなにまじめな彼が、うそをつくはずがない。
He was so serious, he would never lie.
こんなに難しい問題、子どもに分かるはずがない。
This difficult lesson is impossible for children to understand.
彼女がそんなことを言うはずがありません。
She couldn't have said that.
