Topics & assessment standards — when it comes to… then, if it is… then it must…
接続：名 ＋ ときたら
Speaking of…, it's (truly speechless). State the topic and then complain and criticize.
注意 / Note：Oral language; The subject is usually a familiar person. The latter is almost always negative.
比較 / Compare：〜ときたら（complain about familiar people/things, sayings）／〜といえば（only state the topic, neutral）.
よく出る形 / Common form：名＋ときたら＋（不満・非難）.
うちの息子ときたら、一日中ゲームばかりしている。
When it comes to my son, there are only games all day.
この機械ときたら、すぐ止まってしまう。
This machine actually freezes a bit.
うちの犬ときたら、来客のたびに吠えてばかりだ。
When it comes to my dog, every time there is a guest, he barks.
