接続：名／動辞書形 ＋ ともなると／ともなれば
Once you reach the level/position… then of course…. At that special level, the situation is completely different.
注意 / Note：The latter is a natural occurrence at that level. Formal.
比較 / Compare：〜ともなると／ともなれば（special level/occasion → of course so）／〜になると（neutral）.
よく出る形 / Common form：名／動辞書形＋ともなると／ともなれば.
社長ともなると、責任の重さが違う。
