接続：名 ＋ といわず ＋ 名 ＋ といわず
Both… and…, everywhere/always…. No distinction, it's all the same.
注意 / Note：The two nouns are often related pairs (hand–foot, day–night). Often has a negative, complaining tone.
比較 / Compare：The two nouns are often related pairs（昼–夜・手–足）, the tone of complaint.
よく出る形 / Common form：名＋といわず…といわず＋（全部そうだという文）.
砂場で遊んでいた子供たちは、手といわず足といわず砂だらけだ。
The children played in the sand pit, their hands and feet were full of sand.
島田さんは平日といわず週末といわず、休む暇なく働いている。
Mr. Shimada is the same on weekdays and weekends, working without any time off.
昼といわず夜といわず、工事の音が絶えない。
Day and night, the sound of construction does not stop.
