Adverse condition — whether… whether, whether… or not
接続：同じ語を繰り返す：動ば形＋動た形＋で など
If… then it's like…, （there's a problem anyway/it's fine）. No matter what the situation is, you can still manage it, or you still have your own troubles.
注意 / Note：Expresses the speaker's attitude of acceptance and gentle surrender. Oral language.
比較 / Compare：Repetition of the same word: 〜ば〜で／〜なら〜で／〜たら〜たで — expressing acceptance, slight surrender.
よく出る形 / Common form：同じ語を繰り返す：あればあるで・だめならだめで・取れたら取れたで.
お金はあればあるで、悩みも増えるものだ。
When you have more money, the more you have it, the more sadness you have.
だめならだめで、また別の方法を考えよう。
If it doesn't work then it won't work, I'll think of another way.
休みが取れたら取れたで、やることが増えるものだ。
If you can take a break, then the way you take a break will increase the amount of work you have to do.
