Ability — ability form, 見える/聞こえる, ことができる
接続：N ＋ が見られる／が聞ける（可能形）
There are opportunities/conditions to see, to listen — emphasizing existing opportunities and not something that naturally comes to the senses.
注意 / Note：Completely different from 見える・聞こえる. Sentences with intent (go see, open and listen) must use 見られる／聞ける.
比較 / Compare：部屋から海が見えます（naturally）／この映画館で古い映画が見られます（there is a chance）.
よく出る形 / Common form：（場所・手段）で Nが見られます／聞けます。
この映画館で古い日本の映画が見られます。
In this theater you can watch old Japanese movies.
インターネットでラジオが聞けます。
You can listen to radio on the Internet.
京都では美しい紅葉が見られます。
In Kyoto, you can see beautiful red leaves.
