Ability — ability form, 見える/聞こえる, ことができる
接続：V辞書形 ＋ ことができる／N ＋ ができる
Can do… — the same meaning as ability but more formal, stiffer, often used in writing, announcements, and rules.
注意 / Note：Before ことができる is always 辞書形, not ます形. Incorrect: ×使いますことができる. Correct: 使うことができる.
比較 / Compare：日本語が話せます（conversation）／日本語を話すことができます（written text, announcement）.
よく出る形 / Common form：V辞書形＋ことができます／ことができません。
