Ability — ability form, 見える/聞こえる, ことができる
接続：N ＋ が聞こえます
Hear — sound enters the ear by itself, not because one actively listens.
注意 / Note：It is also spontaneous perception like 見える. The sound carries が. If you are actively listening thanks to the opportunity, use 聞ける.
比較 / Compare：聞こえる（the sound naturally came to the ears）／聞ける（intentionally heard it because of the opportunity）.
よく出る形 / Common form：（場所）から Nが聞こえます。
となりのへやからピアノの音が聞こえます。
From the next room I heard the sound of a piano.
電車の音がうるさくて、先生の声が聞こえません。
The train was so noisy that I couldn't hear the teacher's voice.
遠くで子どもの笑い声が聞こえた。
In the distance, I heard the laughter of children.
