山形の花火大会で爆発　3人が軽傷

15日午後9時20分ごろ、山形県鶴岡市で開かれていた花火大会はなびたいかいの会場で、爆発ばくはつが起きました。県警や消防によると、花火1発が地上付近で爆発し、観客かんきゃく3人がけがをしました。いずれも軽傷けいしょうです。

At around 9:20 p.m. on the 15th, an explosion occurred at a fireworks festival being held in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. According to the prefectural police and fire department, one firework exploded near the ground, injuring three spectators. All injuries were minor.

爆発で周囲に破片はへんが飛び散りました。20歳代の男性1人が額に傷を負い、病院に搬送はんそうされました。男の子と20歳代の女性も足にけがをしましたが、いずれも軽傷とみられています。

The explosion scattered fragments around the area. One man in his 20s suffered a cut on his forehead and was taken to hospital. A boy and a woman in her 20s also injured their legs, but all injuries are believed to be minor.

この花火大会は「赤川花火大会」と呼ばれ、日本でも有数の競技きょうぎ花火大会です。全国の有名な業者が参加し、約1万2000発の花火を打ち上げうちあげます。約4万人の人出を見込んでいました。

The festival is known as the Akagawa Fireworks Festival and is one of Japan’s leading competitive fireworks events. Top companies from across the country take part and launch about 12,000 fireworks. Around 40,000 visitors were expected.
