ベトナム語能力試験　大阪で初のパソコン実施

15日、大阪のベトナム総領事館そうりょうじかんで、ベトナム語ベトナムごの能力試験のうりょくしけんが初めてパソコンパソコンを使って実施じっしされました。この試験は、外国人向けのベトナム語能力のうりょくを6つのレベルで測るもので、海外かいがいでコンピューター形式が採用さいようされたのは今回が初めてです。

On the 15th, a Vietnamese language proficiency test was held for the first time using computers at the Vietnamese Consulate General in Osaka. This exam measures Vietnamese language ability for foreigners on a six-level scale, and it is the first time the computer-based format has been used overseas.

試験はハノイ師範大学が専門せんもんを担当し、大阪のベトナム総領事館が後援こうえん、ベトナム・日本経済協力促進協会のベトナム研究センターが協力きょうりょくして行われました。試験結果は、留学りゅうがくや研究けんきゅう、就職しゅうしょく、文化交流ぶんかこうりゅうなどの際に活用されることが期待きたいされています。

The exam was academically led by Hanoi National University of Education, under the auspices of the Vietnamese Consulate General in Osaka, in cooperation with the Vietnam Studies Centre of the Vietnam-Japan Economic Cooperation Promotion Association. The results are expected to be used for study abroad, research, employment, and cultural exchange.

今回の試験は試験的しけんてきに行われ、1つのパソコン試験室で25人が受験じゅけんしました。受験者じゅけんしゃの年齢や国籍は多様たようで、最年少は日本在住のベトナム人の8歳の女の子、最年長は69歳の日本人男性でした。レベル1からレベル6まで、すべての段階で受験者がいました。

This exam was conducted on a pilot basis, with 25 candidates in a single computer-based test room. The test-takers were diverse in age and nationality: the youngest was an eight-year-old Vietnamese girl living in Japan, and the oldest was a 69-year-old Japanese man. Candidates registered for all levels from 1 to 6.

大阪のベトナム総領事は「この試験は、海外在住のベトナム人に関する決議を実行する具体的な一歩だ」と述べ、組織委員会そしきいいんかいや大学の教員たちの努力を評価しました。また、日本に住むベトナム人コミュニティがベトナム語を継承けいしょうし、教え、使うことをこれからも支援しえんしていくと強調しました。

The Vietnamese Consul General in Osaka stated that “this exam is a concrete step in implementing the resolution on overseas Vietnamese,” and praised the efforts of the organizing committee and university faculty. He also emphasized that the Consulate General will continue to support the Vietnamese community in Japan in preserving, teaching, and using the Vietnamese language.

ベトナム語への関心かんしんは日本を含む多くの国で高まっており、標準化ひょうじゅんかされた能力試験の導入は、学習者にとって公式な指標しひょうになると期待されています。今回のパソコン試験の成功をきっかけに、今後は他の国や地域にも広げていく方針ほうしんです。言語げんごの教育きょういくと普及ふきゅうにとって、大きな一歩となりました。

Interest in the Vietnamese language is growing in many countries, including Japan. The introduction of a standardized proficiency test is expected to become an official benchmark for learners. The success of this computer-based exam will serve as a foundation for expanding it to other countries and regions in the future. It marks a major step forward for language education and promotion.
