千葉県の豪雨で、県は15日、新たにいすみ市の70代男性の死亡が確認されたと明らかにしました。死者は関連調査中を含め9人となりました。他に1人が行方不明となっています。
In the heavy rain that hit Chiba Prefecture, the prefecture announced on the 15th that the death of a man in his 70s in Isumi City had been newly confirmed. The death toll, including cases still under related investigation, has risen to nine. One other person remains missing.
県によると、いすみ市の男性は14日に用水路で発見されました。県警は15日、千葉市若葉区で行方不明となった男性を50人態勢で捜索しましたが、発見には至りませんでした。
According to the prefecture, the man in Isumi was found in an irrigation channel on the 14th. On the 15th, prefectural police searched with a 50-person team for the missing man in Wakaba Ward, Chiba City, but he was not found.
住宅の浸水被害は1087棟に上り、内訳は床上が597棟、床下が490棟です。損壊は73棟に増えました。

県と千葉市によると、冠水した道路で動けなくなり、放置された車両は1200台以上とみられます。県や市は災害対策基本法に基づき撤去作業を続けています。

熊谷俊人知事は15日、復旧事業に対し国からの補助を拡充する「激甚災害」への指定を求める考えを示しました。佐倉市の被災現場を視察後、記者団に「全体像や被害額を取りまとめ指定に向けお願いしていく」と述べました。

同行した自民党の小林鷹之政調会長は「全国のレッカー車を千葉県に集中的に投入してもらえるよう国を通じて働きかける」と述べました。千葉市中央区の市役所付近では、職員らが汗を拭いながら路上に取り残された乗用車を押す姿も見られました。タイヤが道路にたまった泥にはまり「だめだ、重くて動かない」という声も聞かれましたが、なんとか移動させ次の現場へ向かいました。

Near city hall in Chuo Ward, Chiba City, staff could be seen wiping sweat as they pushed stranded passenger cars. Tyres sank into the mud that had collected on the road, and voices saying “It’s no good, it’s too heavy to move” were heard, but they managed to shift the vehicles and moved on to the next site.
千葉県では13日夜から14日未明にかけ、大雨と土砂災害のレベル5特別警報が出ました。避難所には最大7千人以上が身を寄せました。総務省消防庁は15日、大雨に伴う県への避難指示が全て解除されたと明らかにしました。

水田や畑の冠水被害も生じており、県が確認を進めています。
