接続：名／普通形 ＋ とあって
Because it's… (special occasion/situation), so…. The special context leads to natural consequences.
注意 / Note：Describe objective external events (usually in newspapers), not for personal use.
比較 / Compare：〜とあって（objective reason, often in the newspaper）／〜とあれば（9課：if it is… then be ready）— easy to confuse.
よく出る形 / Common form：名／普通形＋とあって＋（当然の結果）。Do not use for personal matters.
連休とあって、行楽地はどこも混んでいる。
Because it is a long holiday, every tourist area is crowded.
有名歌手が来るとあって、会場は熱気に包まれた
Because a famous singer came, the hall was filled with a vibrant atmosphere.
