接続：動辞書形 ＋ べからず／べからざる＋名 ※する→すべからず
Forbidden…, not allowed…. Strong prohibition, old sign/text style.
注意 / Note：〜べからず at the end of a sentence (prohibition sign); 〜べからざる modifies a noun (許すべからざる行為).
比較 / Compare：〜べからず（end of sentence, prohibition sign／〜べからざる＋名詞（modifier）。These are all ancient literature.
よく出る形 / Common form：動辞書形＋べからず／べからざる＋名。する→すべからず.

It is forbidden to throw trash here.
