〜てある と 〜ている の使い分け

用法:他動詞+てある ↔ 自動詞+ている
Distinguish between てある and ている. てある = someone does it intentionally, but automatically + ている = is merely a state.
注意 / Note:Good exam question for the same scene: 窓が開いています/窓が開けてあります. If the sentence has the context 'to prepare, for someone' → choose てある.
比較 / Compare:エアコンがついています(air conditioner is on)/エアコンがつけてあります(is already on for guests).
よく出る形 / Common form:自動詞+ている(〜が開いて/閉まって/ついて)↔ 他動詞+てある(〜が開けて/閉めて/つけて).
窓が開けてあります。
The window has been opened by (someone).
窓が開いています。
The window is open.
お客さんが来るので、部屋がきれいに掃除してあります。
Because there were guests arriving, the room was already cleaned.
