接続：他動詞て形 ＋ ある（Nが／Nを ＋ てある）
Someone did it on purpose and left it like that — emphasizing the purpose, preparation behind the state.
注意 / Note：Required to use substitute verb. The employee is not named. Connotation: 'to make ready in preparation for something'.
比較 / Compare：てある（intentionally, on purpose）／自動詞＋ている（is just a state）／ておく（preparatory action）.
よく出る形 / Common form：Nが 他動詞てあります。／Nを 他動詞てあります。
窓が開けてあります。
The window was already open (someone intentionally opened it).
机の上にメモが置いてあります。
There is a sticky note on the table.
旅行の切符はもう買ってあります。
I have already bought a travel ticket.
