接続：V辞書形 + くらいなら
if I have to… then I'd rather…. Compare two options and consider the latter to be less bad.
注意 / Note：Check the subject, tense and tone of both clauses; Avoid translating word for word from Vietnamese.
比較 / Compare：Compare with similar samples in the same article to choose according to nuance and connection. Same 課: 〜くらいだ／〜ほどだ／〜くらい〜はない／〜に限る — these models are often mistaken for each other, read the 接続 line carefully and then decide.
彼に謝るくらいなら、会社を辞めます。
If I have to apologize to that person, I would rather quit my job.
一人で悩むくらいなら、相談してください。
If you have to worry alone, talk about it.
捨てるぐらいなら、私にください。
If you're going to throw it away, give it to me.
