高市改造内閣が発足　小野田氏が経済安保相で再任、裏金関与議員の入閣も

高市早苗たかいちさなえ首相は2026年9月17日、第2次改造内閣かいぞうないかくを発足ほっそくさせ、閣僚かくりょう名簿を発表しました。今回の人事は「能力重視」とされ、主要閣僚の多くが留任りゅうにんする骨格維持の陣容じんようとなりました。

Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi launched her second reshuffled cabinet on 17 September 2026 and announced the new list of ministers. The appointments are described as capability-focused, maintaining the core framework with many key ministers retained.

経済安全保障けいざいあんぜんほしょう担当大臣には小野田紀美おのだきみ氏が再任さいにんされました。小野田氏は外国人政策などで首相から全幅の信頼ぜんぷくにしんらいを得ています。また、ゲームやアニメへの造詣ぞうけいが深く、SNSでの発信力はっしんりょくも高い若手として注目されています。

Kimi Onoda was reappointed as Minister for Economic Security. Ms. Onoda enjoys the Prime Minister's full confidence, particularly regarding foreign national policies. She is also noted as a prominent young figure with deep knowledge of games and anime and a strong social media presence.

連立与党れんりつよとうとなった日本維新の会からは中司宏なかつかさひろし氏が初入閣し、行政改革ぎょうせいかいかくなどを担当します。また、復興大臣には細野豪志ほそのごうし氏が起用きようされ、防災庁の準備も兼任します。一方、裏金問題に関与して処分しょぶんを受けた簗和生やなかずお氏が農林水産大臣に起用され、野党から説明責任せつめいせきにんを問う声が上がっています。

From Japan Innovation Party, now in the ruling coalition, Hiroshi Nakatsukasa entered the cabinet for the first time to oversee administrative reform. Goshi Hosono was appointed Reconstruction Minister while also handling preparations for the Disaster Prevention Agency. Meanwhile, Kazuo Yana, who was disciplined for involvement in the slush fund scandal, was appointed Agriculture Minister, triggering calls for accountability from opposition parties.

片山かたやまさつき財務相は続投ぞくとうが決まり、最重要さいじゅうよう法案ほうあんの成立に向けて丁寧な説明を行う姿勢を示しました。法務大臣に就任する山下貴司やましたたかし氏は、旧姓きゅうせいの通称使用に関する法制化の検討を首相から指示しじされたことを明らかにしました。

Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama will remain in her post, expressing a commitment to carefully explain key legislation to ensure its passage. Takashi Yamashita, taking over as Justice Minister, revealed that he was instructed by the Prime Minister to study codifying the official use of maiden names.

一方、約11か月で26道府県を視察しさつした林芳正はやしよしまさ前総務大臣は退任たいにん会見を開きましたが、次期総裁選への出馬については明言めいげんを避けました。日本商工会議所の小林健こばやしけん会頭は、重要課題が山積さんせきする中での骨格維持の人事を歓迎する意向を表明ひょうめいしました。

Meanwhile, former Internal Affairs Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi, who inspected 26 prefectures over roughly 11 months, held a farewell press conference but refrained from stating whether he would run in the next party leadership election. Ken Kobayashi, chairman of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressed support for maintaining the cabinet core while major challenges remain piled up.
