台風25号が関東接近へ　長雨で稲刈りに遅れや放置船の危険も

東京都心では2026年9月17日朝も雨が降り、22日連続れんぞくの降雨となりました。秋雨前線あきさめぜんせんが停滞ていたいしている影響で日本列島では長雨が続いており、大型の台風25号がシルバーウィーク期間中に関東地方へ接近せっきんするおそれがあるため警戒けいかいが高まっています。17日の東京では日中に晴れ間が広がり、最高気温26度の夏日を観測かんそくしましたが、気象庁によると小笠原諸島おがさわらしょとうの父島ちちじまなどでは18日午後から風雨が強まる見込みです。

長引く雨は秋の農作業に深刻な打撃を与えています。栃木県とちぎけん大田原市おおたわらしにある農園では、水田が水に浸かったため稲の収穫しゅうかく作業に大きな遅れが生じる影響えいきょうが出ています。代表の平久江利実ひらくえとしみ氏によると、湿った状態で収穫した米を無理に乾燥かんそうさせると米粒が割れてしまい、品質ひんしつが低下するため雨の日の刈り取りは行えません。例年は作業の8割を終える時期ですが、2026年はまだ2割ほどしか進んでおらず、1000万〜2000万円程度の損害そんがいが見込まれています。

The prolonged rain is dealing a severe blow to autumn agricultural work. At a farm in Otawara City, Tochigi Prefecture, flooded rice fields have caused major delays to harvesting operations. According to representative Toshimi Hirakue, forcibly drying rice harvested while damp causes grains to crack and lowers quality, making harvesting on rainy days impossible. Normally 80% of the work is completed by this time, but in 2026 only about 20% is done, with losses estimated at 10 million to 20 million yen.

大雨や台風への備えは街の商店街でも進められています。東京・品川区の戸越銀座商店街とごしぎんざしょうてんがいでは、2026年9月初旬の局地的な大雨で冠水かんすい被害が発生し、写真館三省堂さんせいどうの鈴木輝彦すずきてるひこさんも店内に浸水しんすいする被害を受けました。そのため店の前に土のうどのうを積んで浸水に備えるそなえるなど、台風25号の接近に向けた防犯・防災対策たいさくを継続しています。千葉県や神奈川県では9月20日ごろから警報級の大雨となる可能性が指摘されています。

Preparations for heavy rain and typhoons are also underway in urban shopping streets. In the Togoshi Ginza shopping district in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo, localized heavy rain in early September 2026 caused road flooding, inundating inside the Sanseido photo studio owned by Teruhiko Suzuki. Consequently, business owners are maintaining disaster prevention measures, such as stacking sandbags in front of stores to prepare for Typhoon 25. Analysts point out that warning-level heavy rain could hit Chiba and Kanagawa prefectures around September 20.

台風25号の予想進路しんろは発生当初から大きく変化しました。熱帯低気圧だった15日時点では、太平洋たいへいよう高気圧のふちに沿って沖縄方面へ進むと見られていました。しかし、17日には高気圧こうきあつが東側へ移動いどうしたため台風の経路が北寄りに変わり、伊豆諸島を経由して関東地方を直撃ちょくげきするルートへ変更されました。

The forecast path for Typhoon 25 has shifted significantly since its formation. As of the 15th when it was still a tropical depression, it was expected to head toward Okinawa along the edge of the Pacific high-pressure system. However, by the 17th, as the high-pressure system moved eastward, the typhoon's trajectory turned northward, routing it through the Izu Islands toward a direct approach to the Kanto region.

台風の接近に伴い、河川に放置ほうちされた船による危険も懸念されています。東京都と千葉県を流れる旧江戸川きゅうえどがわには不法に係留された船が多く、大雨で浸水・沈没すると燃料油が流出りゅうしゅつして火災が起きる懸念けねんがあります。関東小型船安全協会の榎本茂えのもとしげる理事は、流されてきた流木りゅうぼくだけでなく半沈没状態の船が航行中の他船と衝突して座礁ざしょうするなど、大事故につながる恐れがあると注意を呼びかけています。

Along with the typhoon's approach, hazards posed by abandoned boats on rivers are raising concern. Along the Kyu-Edo River running between Tokyo and Chiba, numerous illegally moored vessels exist; if flooded and sunk by heavy rain, leaking fuel poses a fire risk. Shigeru Enomoto, director at the Kanto Small Vessel Safety Association, warns that not only floating driftwood but also semi-submerged vessels could collide with navigating ships, leading to groundings and major accidents.
