2026年8月25日、非常に強いひじょうにつよい台風たいふう18号が日本の南を西寄りに進んでいます。気象庁によると、25日から27日ごろにかけて沖縄おきなわや南西諸島なんせいしょとうに接近せっきんする見込みです。

On 25 August 2026, very strong Typhoon 18 is moving westward over the seas south of Japan. According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, it is expected to approach Okinawa and the Nansei Islands from the 25th to around the 27th.

この台風により、暴風ぼうふうや高波たか波、大雨おおあめが予想されています。特に沖縄本島付近では猛烈な風もうれつなかぜのおそれがあり、厳重げんじゅうな警戒けいかいが必要です。

This typhoon is expected to bring strong winds, high waves and heavy rain. Especially near the main island of Okinawa, there is a risk of extremely strong winds, requiring strict caution.

気象庁は、土砂災害どしゃさいがいや低い土地ひくいとしちの浸水しんすい、河川かせんの増水ぞうすいにも注意するよう呼びかけています。台風の速度そくどが遅くなる可能性があり、影響が長引くおそれがあります。

The Meteorological Agency is calling for caution against landslides, flooding in low-lying areas and rising river levels. The typhoon’s speed may slow, potentially prolonging its impact.

住民は早めはやめに避難ひなんの準備をし、窓まどや戸とをしっかり閉めてください。また、屋外おくがいでの活動は避け、最新さいしんの情報を確認することが大切です。
