岐阜のケーキ店放火事件　焼け跡からガソリン成分を検出、死亡の容疑者を書類送検へ

岐阜県ぎふけん本巣市もとすしのケーキ店「さんらいず」で5人が死傷ししょうした放火ほうか事件で、警察は現場の焼け跡からガソリンの成分せいぶんを検出けんしゅつしました。また、現場から押収おうしゅうした包丁ほうちょうを事件の凶器きょうきと特定とくていし、殺人さつじんや現住建造物けんぞうぶつ等放火の疑いで調べています。

In the arson case that left five people dead or injured at the "Sunrise" cake shop in Motosu City, Gifu Prefecture, police detected gasoline components in the ruins. Additionally, a kitchen knife seized at the scene was identified as the weapon, and police are investigating the case under suspicion of murder and arson of an inhabited building.

ガソリンの成分は建物の1階の出入り口でいりぐち付近で見つかり、近くにはガソリンを入れる携行缶けいこうかんもありました。現場から救助きゅうじょされた人たちの話などから、死亡した葬祭そうさい業の林寛至はやしかんじ代表取締役だいひょうとりしまりやく（70歳）が、外部がいぶからガソリンと包丁を持ち込んで事件に関与かんよしたとみられています。

Gasoline components were found near the first-floor entrance of the building, and a portable can used for carrying gasoline was also found nearby. Based on statements from people rescued from the scene, police suspect that Hayashi Kanji (70), the deceased representative director of a funeral business, brought the gasoline and knife from the outside to commit the crime.

警察は、すでに死亡している林容疑者を、容疑者ようぎしゃ死亡のまま書類送検しょるいそうけんする方針ほうしんで捜査そうさを続けています。この事件は、9月5日の午後9時ごろに発生はっせいし、当時は「人が刺され、ガソリンがまかれた」という110番通報つうほうがありました。

The police are continuing their investigation with plans to refer the deceased suspect, Hayashi, to prosecutors posthumously. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on September 5, at which time an emergency 110 call reported that "someone was stabbed and gasoline was poured."

火災により、ケーキ店の店主てんしゅである曽野そのさとみさん（66歳）や、曽野さんの中学時代の同級生どうきゅうせいである男女など合わせて3人が死亡しました。また、別の男性1人もやけどを負って入院しています。林代表取締役は、店の駐車場に停まっていた車の中で見つかり、病院に搬送はんそうされた後に死亡が確認されました。

The fire resulted in the deaths of three people in total, including the cake shop owner, Sono Satomi (66), and her junior high school classmates (one male, one female). Another man was hospitalized with burns. Hayashi was found inside a car parked in the shop's parking lot and was confirmed dead after being transported to the hospital.
