Saturday afternoon, I went to watch the football match with my younger brother. I'm not very good at playing football but I love watching it. Our city team won 2–1. After the match, we drank water at the bar in front of the station. My younger brother received the player's autograph so he was very happy.

Depends on context: ongoing action or habit. Words like 毎日 often signal habit.
V-ても いいです allowed to do
Ask/ask for permission. The condition or answer then indicates whether or not it is possible.

あります for objects/events; います for humans/animals. Note the noun that comes before が.
