N までに before term N
までに is the deadline: the action must be completed before milestone N. Distinguished from まで which lasts continuously until that milestone.

Đầu tháng Tám thị trấn tôi có lễ hội mùa hè. Lễ hội tổ chức ở công viên lớn trước ga.
Tôi đi cùng bạn Yumi. Yumi mặc yukata. Tôi cũng muốn mặc nhưng không có yukata.
Trong công viên có rất nhiều gian hàng. Chúng tôi ăn mì xào yakisoba và đá bào. Từ 8 giờ tối mọi người cùng nhảy múa. Lúc đầu tôi không biết cách múa, nhưng Yumi chỉ cho nên tôi làm được ngay.
Năm sau tôi cũng muốn mặc yukata đi lễ hội.
