Distinguishing は and が — new/old information, opposition, implementation
用法：二つ以上を対比させる
When put two opposites next to each other, both use は.
注意 / Note：Example in the book: 「節約の大切さは理解できる。しかし、節約の方法は…」.
比較 / Compare：When contrasting two things, both use は, whether they know it or not.
よく出る形 / Common form：〜は〜が、〜は〜。Sign: しかし・一方・だが.
節約の大切さは理解できるが、方法はまだ十分に考えられていない。
The importance of saving is understood, but the way to do it is not thought through enough.
林氏は政治理念は立派だ。だが、具体的な政策は不透明だ。
Mr. Hayashi's political ideals are admirable, but his specific policies are vague.
量は十分だ。しかし、質は問題がある。
Quantity is enough. But quality is an issue.
