用法：〜を＋他動詞
Use subverb when you want to emphasize who/what caused the change.
注意 / Note：Example in the book: 文化水準を高めた・ガードレールにぶつけた・チャンスを逃した.
比較 / Compare：There is を → adverbial verb（press the agent）; has が → autoword（press transformation）.
よく出る形 / Common form：Popular pairs: 高める/高まる・変える/変わる・進める/進む・決める/決まる.
