Directive — distinguishes こ/そ/あ in text
用法：これ・この・こう・こちら
Use こ系 when ① is about to introduce something new, ② something is close to the writer or is being discussed.
注意 / Note：Opening style: 「ここで一つの問題がある。それは…」. At the end of the summary, このように is often used.
比較 / Compare：こ系 is used when ① about to say something new ② that is close to what the writer is discussing.
よく出る形 / Common form：Introduction: ここで／この点／次のこと；summary: このように.
ここで問題になるのはコストである。
What matters here is the cost.（coming soon）
このように、原因は一つではない。
Thus, there is not only one cause.（summary）
ここで一つ確認しておきたいことがある。それは費用だ。
