中国共産党、軍元幹部2人の党籍剥奪を決定　派閥形成や汚職を認定

中国共産党は21日、習近平シージンピン総書記そうしょきが主宰しゅさいする政治局せいじきょく会議かいぎを開き、中央軍事委員会の元副主席である張又侠ジャンヨウシア氏と元委員の劉振立リウジェンリー氏の党籍とうせきを剥奪はくだつする処分しょぶんを決めました。両氏はすでに軍籍ぐんせきも失っていると伝えられています。

On 21 September, the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party held a meeting chaired by General Secretary Xi Jinping and decided to expel Zhang Youxia, former Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, and Liu Zhenli, a former member of the commission, from the party. Both individuals have reportedly already lost their military status as well.

新華社通信の報道によると、調査の結果、両氏は一線を越えて派閥はばつを作り、党に対して忠誠ちゅうせいを示さなかったと判断されました。また、軍事委員会の主席しゅせき責任制を軽視したとして批判されており、指導部に対立たいりつする勢力せいりょくを形成しようとした動きと見なされています。

According to a report by Xinhua News Agency, the investigation concluded that the two crossed the red line to form factions and failed to demonstrate loyalty to the Party. They were also criticized for disregarding the chairman responsibility system of the Military Commission, which was viewed as an attempt to build a force opposing the leadership.

さらに、両氏には他人の昇進しょうしんに便宜べんぎを図り、巨額きょがくの金銭きんせんを受け取っていたなどの汚職おしょく行為こういも確認されました。今後は軍の検察けんさつ当局による起訴きそに向けた捜査そうさが進められる見通しです。

Furthermore, acts of corruption were confirmed, including accepting vast sums of money in exchange for facilitating promotions for others. Military prosecutors are expected to proceed with investigations aimed at indicting them.

2022年に7人の体制たいせいでスタートした中央軍事委員会は、今回の処分により、主席を務める習氏を含めてわずか2人しか残らない異例いれいの事態じたいとなっています。なお、この会議では第20期中央委員会第5回総会（5中総会）を10月26日から29日まで北京ペキンで開催することも決まり、人事の補充ほじゅうが行われるかが注目されています。

The Central Military Commission, which launched in 2022 with a seven-member structure, has now reached an unusual situation with only two members remaining, including Chairman Xi Jinping. The Politburo meeting also scheduled the 5th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee in Beijing for 26–29 October, drawing close attention to whether new appointments will be made.
