wake up

1. 毎朝六時に起きて、すぐ朝ご飯を作ります。

   Every morning I wake up at six o'clock and make breakfast right away.

2. 休みの日でも七時ごろに起きます。

   Even on my day off I get up around seven o'clock.

sleep

1. 寝る前に明日の服を準備します。

   Before going to bed, I prepare clothes for tomorrow.

2. 昼ご飯のあとに少し寝ると元気になります。

   Taking a nap after lunch helps me recover.

brush teeth

1. 食後に歯を磨く習慣を続けています。

   I maintain the habit of brushing my teeth after meals.

2. 外出する前にも歯を磨くようにしています。

   I also try to brush my teeth before going out.

breakfast

1. 朝ご飯にパンと果物を食べました。

   I ate bread and fruit for breakfast.

2. 朝ご飯を食べないと、午前中にお腹がすきます。

   If I don't eat breakfast, I will be hungry in the morning.

lunch

1. 昼ご飯は駅の近くの店で食べましょう。

   Let's have lunch at the store near the station.

2. 忙しい日は、昼ご飯を早めに食べます。

   Busy days, I have lunch earlier.

dinner

1. 今夜の晩ご飯に魚を焼きます。

   I will grill fish for dinner tonight.

2. 晩ご飯のあとで、家族とテレビを見ました。

   After dinner, I watch TV with my family.

shower

1. 運動のあとでシャワーを浴びると気持ちがいいです。

   Taking a shower after exercise is very pleasant.

2. 朝、シャワーを浴びる前に水を飲みます。

   In the morning I drink water before showering.

change clothes

1. 雨でぬれたので、家で着替えました。

   Because I got wet from the rain, I changed my clothes at home.

2. 旅行の前に、動きやすい服に着替えます。

   Before the trip, I changed into clothes that were easy to move in.

work

1. 姉は駅の近くの会社で働いています。

   My sister is working at a company near the station.

2. 父は土曜日も働くことがあります。

   My dad also works on Saturdays sometimes.

rest

1. 熱があるので、今日は学校を休みます。

   Because I have a fever, I missed school today.

2. 長い旅行のあと、家でゆっくり休みました。

   After a long trip, I rested leisurely at home.
