Conditional sentences — たら / ば / と / なら / 場合
接続：ふつう形（な形は〜な、Nは〜の） ＋ 場合は
In the case of… — the condition has a formal tone, often found in rules, notices, and instructions.
注意 / Note：This is a sample of writing. In the N4 reading test, it often appears in announcements（お知らせ）, dormitory rules, and instructions for use.
比較 / Compare：たら（conversation）／場合は（text, rules）— same meaning, different style.
よく出る形 / Common form：Nの場合は／V辞書形・た形＋場合は、〜てください。
地震の場合は、エレベーターを使わないでください。
In case of an earthquake, please do not use the elevator.
欠席する場合は、必ず連絡してください。
In case of absence, be sure to contact.
雨の場合は、中止になります。
In case of rain, it will be canceled.
