注意 / Note：It's the 〜ながら of writing. Both sides must have the SAME SUBJECT and at the same time. The difference between 〜ながら is only in style, no difference in meaning.

よく出る形 / Common form：動ます形＋つつ、〜。Writing, often found in reports and dissertations. Do not use in everyday conversation.
