注意 / Note：Different from 〜つつも in that it is not just a verb in front: both adjectives and nouns (小さいながらも・子どもながらも). So it talks about opposite STATES, and 〜つつも talks about opposite perceptions.
比較 / Compare：Same song: 〜つつ／〜つつも. These models are often mistakenly chosen for each other — carefully read the 接続 and nuances above and then decide.
よく出る形 / Common form：動ます形／イ形／ナ形（である）／名詞＋ながらも、〜。Or go with小さい・狭い・残念・遅い.

Although small, it is a comfortable house.

Although regretful, I accepted the results.
