注意 / Note：REPEAT THAT VERY WORD on both sides: 便利なことは便利だ／行くことは行く. Admit that what the other person says is correct, then state the limitations — so the latter almost always has が・けど.

比較 / Compare：Same article: 〜ないことはない／〜ないでもない／〜と言えなくもない. These models are often mistakenly chosen for each other — carefully read the 接続 and nuances above and then decide.

よく出る形 / Common form：普通形＋ことは＋（that word repeats）＋が、〜。Both verbs and adjectives can be used; nouns do not.

便利なことは便利だが、少し高い。

Convenience is indeed convenient but a bit expensive.

行くことは行くが、長くはいられない。

I went but couldn't stay long.

読んだことは読んだが、内容はほとんど覚えていない。

I read it, but I hardly remember the content.
