職場でコピーを取ろうとしたら、コピー機に以下のようなメモが貼ってあった。
このコピー機は故障中です。
修理の人が11時ごろ来ます。
修理が問題なく終われば、午後から使えるようになります。
お急ぎの方は、５階の第一事務室か、５階の第二事務室か、４階の資料準備室のものをお使いください。
ただし、５階の第一事務室は、混んでいるので、２０枕以上のコピーはご遠慮ください。
第二事務室のコピー機はA3サイズが取れません。
また、４階の資料準備室はカギがかかっていますので、となりの資料管理室でカギを借りてください。
Explanation: Conditions：A3 ＋ 40 sheets ＋ before 10 o'clock. ① type (cannot photocopy ≥20 sheets), ② type (cannot print A3), ④ type (must wait until afternoon) → only ③ left: borrow the key from the document management room and use the machine in the document preparation room on the 4th floor.
It is now 9:45; Need to photocopy 40 A3 sized sheets for a 10 hour meeting. How best to be on time?
① Go to Administrative Office 1 (5th floor) to photocopy. · ② Go to Administrative Office 2 (5th floor) to photocopy. · ③ Borrow the key from the Document Management Room on the 4th floor and photocopy it at the Document Preparation Room. · ④ Use this same photocopier after repair is complete.
At the company, when I went to photocopy, I saw the following sticker on the machine: "This photocopy machine is broken. The repairman will arrive around 11 o'clock. If the repair is completed smoothly, you can use it in the afternoon. If you are in a hurry, please use the machine: Administrative room 1 (5th floor), Administrative room 2 (5th floor), or Document preparation room (4th floor). However: Administrative room 1 is crowded, please do not photocopy 20 or more sheets. The machine in Administrative room 2 is not available. Photocopy size A3. The document preparation room on the 4th floor has a lock, please borrow the key from the document management room next door."
