注意 / Note：向け is designed for the object; 向き is suitable for the subject; 次第で is depending, and Vます語幹＋次第 is immediately.
比較 / Compare：Same article: 〜向け／〜向き／〜次第で. These models are often mistakenly chosen for each other — carefully read the 接続 and nuances above and then decide.
よく出る形 / Common form：動ます形＋次第、〜（as soon as）。The latter does NOT use the past tense — this is another place 〜たらすぐ. Particularly 〜次第です is a formal writing style, with a completely different meaning.
