注意 / Note：As soon as I finished saying it, I felt like I needed to say it less, so the next sentence WEAKENS what I just affirmed. Different from ただし in that this is an additional opinion of the speaker, not a rule.
比較 / Compare：Same song: ただし／なお. These models are often mistakenly chosen for each other — carefully read the 接続 and nuances above and then decide.
よく出る形 / Common form：文。もっとも、文。The latter part is often ended with 〜が／〜けど. Also read as 「もっとも」 when used as a conjunction, different from the adjective 最も.
この店は安い。もっとも、駅から遠い。
The store is cheap, but far from the station.
彼は来るだろう。もっとも、確実ではない。
They probably came, but not completely sure.
この方法なら早く終わる。もっとも、慣れるまでは時間がかかるが。
This way it's done quickly. However, it takes time to get used to it.
