大阪の商業施設で爆発　地震の約1時間半後に産業用ガスが発火か

2026年7月30日、大阪府茶屋城市にある大型商業施設おおがたしょうぎょうしせつ「AEON MALL 茶屋城」で爆発ばくはつが発生はっせいしました。この事故じこにより、少なくとも15名が負傷ふしょうしました。

On 30 July 2026, an explosion occurred at the large shopping complex “AEON MALL Chayagi” in Chayagi City, Osaka Prefecture. At least 15 people were injured.

当日とうじつの午後2時ごろ、茶屋城市付近で震度しんど5弱じゃくの地震じしんが発生し、その約やく1時間半後に建物内で爆発が起きました。

At around 2 p.m. that day, an earthquake registering a lower 5 on the Japanese intensity scale struck near Chayagi City. About ninety minutes later, the explosion occurred inside the building.

専門家せんもんかの分析ぶんせきによると、今回の爆発は産業用さんぎょうようガスの配管はいかんが損傷そんしょうし、漏洩ろうえいした可能性かのうせいが高いと指摘してきされています。

According to expert analysis, the explosion most likely resulted from damage to an industrial gas pipe that then leaked.

現場げんばに駆かけつけた消防士しょうぼうしによると、爆発は地下1階の機械室きかいしつ付近で発生したとみられ、気体きたいが充満じゅうまんしたことで大きな爆発になった可能性が高いと説明しました。

Firefighters at the scene said the blast appears to have started near the machine room on the first basement level, and that gas building up in the enclosed space likely caused the large explosion.

消防庁しょうぼうちょうは現在も救助活動きゅうじょかつどうを続けており、建物内に閉とじ込められ身動みうごきが取れない状態の要救助者ようきゅうじょしゃの探索たんさくを続けています。建物の崩壊ほうかいで散乱さんらんした山のような瓦礫がれきの中で、救助きゅうじょは困難を極きわめています。

The Fire and Disaster Management Agency is continuing rescue operations, searching for people trapped and unable to move inside the building. Amid mountains of rubble from the collapse, the rescue effort is proving extremely difficult.

専門家は「地震直後にガス配管が破損はそんし、漏れ出たもれでたガスが局所きょくしょに滞留たいりゅうし、何らかの火の手ひのてが引火いんかの原因になった可能性が高い」と説明しています。

Experts explained: “Most likely the gas pipe ruptured immediately after the quake, the escaping gas pooled in one spot, and some source of flame set it alight.”
